Young
Professionals (YP) Day at the Capitol
Tuesday, March 11th
All young
professionals who care about the community they live in and want to
be involved are encouraged to come to
Des Moines
on March 11th for the second annual YP Day at the
Capitol. This is a unique opportunity for YPs across the state
of
Iowa
to unite in a collective effort and advocate for our age group.
Participants will have the opportunity to connect with legislators,
be informed on what is happening at the Capitol, network with other
young professionals from across the state and showcase their
organization.
All organizations are invited to join, regardless of your size or
your level of political involvement. Additionally, all young
professionals are encouraged to attend, whether you will be
representing your organization or simply as a young professional
living in
Iowa
. The purpose is to advocate for “Young Professionals”.
This is our opportunity to really show the level of involvement and
impact YPs have in our communities. Please
