Members & Mixers is the umbrella group for ImpactCR's social and membership committees. Brown Bag Lunch - First Time Home Buyers

Times have changed and along with that come uncertainty about many of the factors that go into purchasing a home such as, terms, tax credit, mortgage rates, price, etc.
Whether you are considering becoming a first time home buyer or have already taken that step this Brown Bag lunch offered by ImpactCR is a great way for you to get relevant, reliable and interesting information about all your home buying questions in today’s market.
ImpactCR, a community action group within the Cedar Rapids Chamber of Commerce presents Erick Skogman (a realtor associated with Skogman Realty) to make an informational presentation on various aspects of first time home purchase. He will cover everything from the mortgage crisis to the tax credits available. His experience in this field will provide young professionals, prospective first time home buyers and current homeowners with valuable information to make the right real estate investment decisions.
