I would encourage legislators to resist the temptation to "do good through gov't projects" and instead create an Iowa that is a tax efficient place that will attract forward thinking entrepreneurs.

I do not have a car, so transportation is a big problem for me. I will leave Iowa for a bigger city that has more buses and more pedestrian and bicycle-friendly streets.
